Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 6:50 PM ET) -- Dennis Donahue, former co-chair of Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP's intellectual property group, has left the firm to found his own IP boutique, Dennis Donahue & Associates.
Donahue said Monday that his new firm would focus on helping entrepreneurs and small companies, as well as larger companies with an entrepreneurial mindset, with patent, copyright and trademark issues. His current clients include Heizer Aerospace and BioBalance, a small company that makes skin care products.
