Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 6:14 PM ET) -- Ireland-based Warner Chilcott PLC’s U.S. unit has filed two lawsuits accusing generic-drug maker Lupin Ltd. of violating patents for birth control drugs Loestrin 24 Fe and Femcon Fe.
Warner Chilcott Co. LLC filed the suits Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, one alleging infringement of the patent for Loestrin and the other for infringement of a Femcon patent.
