IP Litigation Spending To Grow After Dismal 2009

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 2:58 PM ET) -- Having experienced one of the sharpest declines ever in 2009, the money corporate counsel spend on intellectual property litigation is set to increase slightly in 2010, according to a new report from the BTI Consulting Group Inc.
