Law360, New York (October 25, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Arguing that Google Inc.’s subpoena would force it to share trade secrets, Amazon Inc. objected to providing details about its book search feature to Google on Monday.
In a 16-page filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Amazon said it has refused to cooperate both because of confidentiality issues and because of the undue burden and expenses that would fall on it.
