Honeywell Asks ITC To Review Pioneer GPS Ruling

Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 3:43 PM ET) -- Honeywell International Inc. has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to review an administrative law judge's initial finding that Pioneer Corp. and one of its U.S. units have not infringed four of the manufacturing giant's patents related to automobile GPS.

Honeywell lodged its confidential request with the agency on Monday.
