Bullet Proof Technology Sues Over Kevlar Grips Patent

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 6:14 PM ET) -- Bullet Proof Technology of Texas LLC has filed a patent infringement suit against several marketers and distributors of motorcycle grips made with Kevlar.

The company, which holds a grip design patent, filed a complaint Monday against motorcycle parts makers and dealers Renthal Ltd., Plano Kawasaki Suzuki and Golden Triangle Powersports in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
