Seagate Blasts National Union's Arbitration Bid

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009, 3:32 PM ET) -- Seagate Technology LLC has asked a judge to halt National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh's bid to send a dispute between the firms over the reimbursement of $9 million in patent litigation costs to arbitration, saying the insurer has no right to do so after allegedly breaching the payment agreement that would allow the move.
