Greenberg, Designer Get Search Abuse Suit Dropped

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 3:17 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP and its client Diane Von Furstenberg Studio are off the hook in a lawsuit alleging they abused their search warrant privileges while combing through the residence of an alleged counterfeiter during a trademark lawsuit brought by DVF.

Judge Gerald Bruce Lee entered final judgment in favor of DVF, Greenberg and the individual attorneys that had represented DVF in a counterfeiting suit against Catherine Snyder on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
