Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 2:11 PM ET) -- Tsera LLC has settled patent infringement claims with seven portable electronics makers the company had accused of stealing its touch pad technology.
Bang & Olufsen America Inc., Creative Technology Ltd., Ematic Inc., Impecca USA Inc., Mach Speed Technologies Inc., Meizu Technology Co Ltd. and TrekStor GmbH & Co., all agreed to terms with the Texas-based patent holder on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
