Sheppard Mullin Lures IP Expert From Kelley Drye

Law360, New York (November 19, 2009, 5:14 PM ET) -- Intellectual property lawyer Paul Garrity has joined Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.

Garrity will be a partner in Sheppard Mullin's IP group and will be based out of the firm's New York office.

In the past, Garrity has litigated disputes involving issues of trademark, patent and copyright infringement, false advertising, trade secrets, dilution, trade dress, parallel imports, counterfeiting and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
