Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 2:45 PM ET) -- IceTech USA LLC has reached a settlement agreement with Tsera LLC in its infringement suit over a patent for touch pad technology, making the Tampa, Fla.-based specialty electronics manufacturer the latest to settle in the ongoing dispute.
The companies lodged a stipulated motion to dismiss IceTech with prejudice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Friday.
IceTech and Tsera entered into a confidential settlement and release agreement Dec. 8, according to the motion.
