Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 11:56 AM ET) -- BancorpSouth Bank has become the latest financial institution to settle claims brought by Wolf Run Hollow LLC accusing more than a dozen banks of infringing a patent for transmitting secure online messages.
BancorpSouth reached a licensing agreement to end the feud, according to a motion filed by Wolf Run on Friday to dismiss the claims in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
