ITC Lauches Probe In Nokia's Patent Spat With Apple

Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 6:09 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into Nokia Corp.'s allegations that Apple Inc. is importing and selling cell phones, portable music players and computers that infringe seven Nokia patents, marking the latest development in a legal feud that has been simmering for months.
