Intel Asks To Intervene In Case Over Ethernet Patents

Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 1:59 PM ET) -- Intel Corp. is trying to intervene in a patent suit accusing Dell Inc., Apple Inc. and several of the semiconductor manufacturer's other customers of selling computer systems with infringing networking technology.

All the defendants named in U.S. Ethernet Innovations LLC's patent infringement complaint are Intel customers, according to the company's motion to intervene filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
