Law360, New York (March 03, 2010, 4:10 PM ET) -- LG Electronics Inc. has become the first defendant to settle in Ambato Media LLC's suit accusing more than a dozen auto navigation device manufacturers of infringing a patent related to products that let users get specific information about their location.
