Loeb Snags Video Game Guru From Nixon Peabody

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 3:18 PM ET) -- Daniel Offner — who specializes in intellectual property, financing and other issues that affect video game companies — has left Nixon Peabody LLP to join Loeb & Loeb LLP as chair of the firm's interactive entertainment practice group.

Offner officially began his new job Monday in Loeb & Loeb's Los Angeles office. He was formerly chair of Nixon Peabody's intellectual property transactions practice group.

“I'm very excited to join Loeb, and the transition has been going wonderfully,” Offner said.
