Graceway, 3M TRO Request In Nycomed Case Denied

Law360, New York (March 08, 2010, 7:48 PM ET) -- A judge has denied Graceway Pharmaceuticals LLC and 3M Innovative Properties Co.'s bid for a temporary restraining order in a fight with Nycomed US Inc. over a patent related to treatment for certain types of actinic keratoses on the face or scalp.
