Wilson Sonsini Lures Back Cytokinetics GC

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 6:24 PM ET) -- Biotechnology company Cytokinetics Inc.'s general counsel and senior vice president — a former patent examiner — has jumped ship back to the world of corporate law, joining forces once again with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC.

Michael Rabson has rejoined Wilson Sonsini as a partner in the firm's Palo Alto, Calif., office, where he will serve as a strategic adviser to life sciences and clean technology clients, providing them with advice on corporate technology transactions, as well as patent counseling and representation.
