Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 3:07 PM ET) -- The heirs of comic book artist Jack Kirby are trying to bring down a lawsuit by Marvel Characters Inc. seeking to block their efforts to terminate the Walt Disney Co. unit's rights to several superhero characters, including the Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man and the X-Men.
