Cephalon Patent Suit Over Amrix Survives Dismissal

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 5:39 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ruled that a patent infringement suit against Anchen Pharmaceuticals Inc. over its plans to make a generic version of Cephalon Inc. muscle relaxant Amrix can go forward, largely denying an Anchen dismissal motion in the case, which is part of a multidistrict litigation.
