Dow Patent Apps Excluded From HRD Contract Spat

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 7:01 PM ET) -- A special master has dealt a blow to HRD Corp. in Dow Chemical Co.'s breach of contract suit over a failed joint business venture, rejecting HRD's bid to introduce nine Dow patent applications into evidence.
