Timex, Paragon End Exercise Monitor Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 19, 2010, 1:10 PM ET) -- Timex Corp. and Paragon Solutions LLC are ironing out the details of a settlement in Paragon's infringement suit against Timex over a patent that covers an exercise monitoring system, bringing years of litigation to an end.

Judge Michael R. Barrett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Thursday signed an order dismissing the case with prejudice, saying Paragon's counsel had advised him of the settlement.
