Outpacing Congress On Patent Reform

Law360, New York (April 05, 2010, 12:17 PM ET) -- Congress is currently considering legislation to revise a number of aspects of U.S. patent law, as it has every year since 2005. One of the big sticking points has been the calculation of damages in patent cases, where major industries such as information technology, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology have opposed each other on the proper solution.
