Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 1:36 PM ET) -- Anheuser-Busch Inc. has struck a settlement with a Maryland company that sold gag baby bottles shaped like beer bottles under the name Bunwiper, which the beer giant accused of infringing its Budweiser trademark.
Judge Carol E. Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri signed off Wednesday on a consent judgment between Anheuser-Busch and defendants Baby Beer Bottles Inc. and Greg B. Jones.
