Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 1:41 PM ET) -- Yet another defendant has reached a deal with Information Protection and Authentication of Texas LLC in its suit accusing nearly two dozen companies of infringing two patents related to computer security software.
Finnish Internet security company and backup service provider F-Secure Inc. said that it had settled with IPAT, according to the joint motion to dismiss claims and counterclaims filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
