Law360, New York (April 06, 2010, 3:18 PM ET) -- Reversing a lower court decision, a federal appeals court has ruled that Hyundai Motor America is entitled to defense coverage by National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., in a patent infringement suit over an advertising method that ended with a $34 million verdict against the automaker.
