Toyota Says Hybrid Patent Case Is Precluded

Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 3:06 PM ET) -- Toyota Motor Corp. has asked an administrative law judge to end a Section 337 investigation accusing Toyota of infringing a patent for hybrid cars, saying the claim has already been adjudicated in federal court and is barred by the doctrine of claim preclusion.
