Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 3:37 PM ET) -- Blank Rome LLP has picked up a patent expert from dissolved intellectual property boutique Darby & Darby PC to expand its IP and technology team.
Jay P. Lessler has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office, where he will focus on procuring patents in the U.S. and abroad and handle patent litigation in the chemical, pharmaceutical and computer software fields.
