Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 11:54 AM ET) -- Dutch auto navigation company TomTom NV has settled patent infringement claims brought by Ambato Media LLC in a suit against a slew of technology companies over vehicle navigation devices.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas signed off Monday on the agreement, granting a joint motion to toss all claims between them after they reached a settlement. Each party will bear its own litigation costs, the order noted.
