Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 4:54 PM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on an agreement that pares down Fenner Investments Ltd.'s patent infringement suit against Hewlett-Packard Co. and Dell Inc. over Ethernet switch technology, as the parties gear up for a May trial.
Judge Leonard Davis the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday dismissed with prejudice Fenner's claims related to four Dell PowerEdge blade server models and 11 HP ProLiant models.
