Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 1:05 PM ET) -- Axiom Worldwide Inc. has prevailed in its bid to overturn a jury verdict finding that the company infringed under the doctrine of equivalents a Hako-Med USA Inc. patent for electrical stimulation approved in Europe as a treatment for osteoarthritis.
