Huawei, Others Slammed With Traffic Alert Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 03, 2010, 2:01 PM ET) -- Traffic Information LLC has accused Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., MetroPCS Wireless Inc., UTStarcom Inc. and others of infringing a patent related to cell phone traffic alerts.

Traffic Information filed suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, targeting Huawei, MetroPCS, UTStarcom, Inrix Inc., Cellular USA Inc., Personal Communications Devices LLC, TeleNav Inc. and ZTE Inc.
