Lennon Video Rights Case On Way To 1st Circ. Again

Law360, New York (May 04, 2010, 4:34 PM ET) -- A video company that lost a suit against Yoko Ono over ownership of stolen videos of late rock legend John Lennon is appealing a district court's denial of its bid to vacate judgment based on an attorney's depression and anxiety.

Plaintiff World Wide Video LLC lodged a notice of appeal Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, announcing its intent to move forward with an appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
