'Levinson Axelrod Sucks' Suit Survives Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (May 06, 2010, 12:28 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to toss a trademark dilution suit brought by Levinson Axelrod PA against a former associate who launched a website trashing the firm.

Judge Anne Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey dismissed the personal injury firm's claims of consumer fraud against its former employee but allowed trademark infringement and dilution and cybersquatting claims to move forward.
