Univ. Of Texas Cuts China BAK From Battery IP Case

Law360, New York (May 14, 2010, 2:00 PM ET) -- The Board of Regents of the University of Texas System and public utility Hydro-Quebec have dropped China BAK Battery Inc. from a suit alleging several companies infringed two patents for rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery technology.
