Law360, New York (May 17, 2010, 1:45 PM ET) -- Mattress retailer Sleepy’s LLC has accused Macy’s Inc. of trademark infringement through the adoption of the slogans “Ask Our Mattress Pros” and “Factory-Trained Mattress Professionals.”
Hicksville, N.Y.-based Sleepy’s and its parent company Sint LLC lodged the complaint Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging counts of trademark infringement, false designation of origin, deceptive practices and unfair competition.
