GN Netcom Settles In Skullcandy Headphone IP Spat

Law360, New York (June 03, 2010, 1:40 PM ET) -- GN Netcom Inc., which sells Jabra-brand headsets, has become the latest defendant to agree to settle in a sweeping suit brought by Skullcandy Inc. over patented technology that lets headphone users alternate between use of a cell phone and music player.

Judge Dee Benson in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Utah on Wednesday granted Skullcandy's motion to dismiss claims against GN Netcom, saying the companies had settled the claims between them.
