Law360, New York (June 04, 2010, 2:30 PM ET) -- On the heels of a complaint accusing Google Inc., Nokia Corp. and 20 other technology companies of infringing 15 media processing patents, MicroUnity Systems Engineering Inc. has lodged a new suit targeting the same defendants over a 16th patent.
The complaint, lodged Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, also re-alleges infringement of a second patent that has been re-examined since the filing of the initial suit.
