Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 1:31 PM ET) -- A U.K. court has found that medical device manufacturer Smith & Nephew PLC has infringed rival Kinetic Concepts Inc.’s two patents covering negative-pressure wound therapy.
The Patents Court of the High Court of Justice Chancery Division held that the two patents were violated by the London-based company’s Renasys Go pumps and canisters as well as its Renasys EZ canisters, according to releases by both companies Wednesday.
