Mylan Barred From Selling Generic Oracea

Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 5:10 PM ET) -- A federal judge has approved dermatology company Galderma Laboratories Inc.'s bid for a preliminary injunction preventing Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. from selling a generic version of rosacea drug Oracea.

Judge Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Monday granted Galderma's motion, barring Mylan from marketing or selling its version of the drug as the patent infringement suit moves toward trial.
