Law360, New York (July 06, 2010, 3:24 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has largely upheld a decision against Cisco Systems Inc. in a suit accusing it of infringing three Telcordia Technologies Inc. patents for router technology, but asked the lower court to reconsider whether one of the asserted patents is invalid.
The lower court had based its decision not to invalidate that patent on a single term, which it erroneously construed, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said Tuesday.
