France, Russia Sign Pact on Technology Transfers

Law360, New York (October 10, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- France and Russia signed an intellectual-property pact to promote technology exchange and joint ventures, the Russian news agency ITAR-TASS reported.

Under the terms of the memorandum, the two countries are setting up a center for transferring technologies at the Bauman State Technical University in Moscow and the Central Engineering School in Lyon.
