Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 4:38 PM ET) -- Micron Technology Inc. has struck a settlement deal with Ring Technology of Texas LLC in a suit Ring filed against a slew of defendants in December over a patent for improved access to memory devices.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas signed off Tuesday on an order dismissing all of Ring's claims against Micron Technology, Micron Semiconductor Products Inc. and Micron Technology Services Inc. with prejudice, and dismissing all counterclaims as moot.
