Law360, New York (February 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- London’s Court of Appeal has upheld a High Court ruling in favor of BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd.’s U.K. subsidiary, ruling the technology company did not infringe on a rival's patent.
