Law360, New York (August 02, 2010, 12:41 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit accusing Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox Live network of infringing a patent for technology that lets video game users play together online, rejecting two inventors' efforts to overturn an earlier construction of one of the patent's claims.
