Law360, New York (August 03, 2010, 12:15 PM ET) -- Tex Pat LLC has filed a pair of suits accusing industrial thermostat maker Sensata Technologies BV and circuit protection device manufacturer Littelfuse Inc. of marking products with expired patents.
The suits, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday, are the latest in a string of qui tam false marking actions filed by Tex Pat, and seek civil penalties, injunctive relief, and pre- and post-judgment interest.
