4th Circ. Won't Rehear Greenberg Search Warrant Suit

Law360, New York (August 03, 2010, 11:25 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has declined to review its dismissal of a suit accusing Greenberg Traurig LLP and fashion label client Diane von Furstenberg Studio of abusing their search warrant privileges while combing through the residence of an alleged counterfeiter.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on Monday denied petitions for a panel rehearing and an en banc rehearing. None of the court's judges requested a poll on the petition for rehearing en banc, according to the order.
