Law360, New York (August 04, 2010, 2:45 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company BetaNet LLC has resolved claims against Siemens Corp. in a lawsuit that accused more than a dozen technology companies of infringing two patents for remote operation of computer software.
Judge David Folsom of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas dismissed BetaNet's claims against the Germany-based engineering company Monday based on the parties' stipulation of dismissal.
