Law360, New York (August 05, 2010, 3:35 PM ET) -- JPMorgan Chase Bank NA has withdrawn its patent infringement suit against online check payment processor LML Payment Systems Corp. and one of its affiliates over two patents related to electronic check-reading systems.
Judge Renee Marie Bumb of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware granted a stipulated order of dismissal Tuesday in which LML and Beanstream Internet Commerce Inc. pledged that they did not infringe the patents.
