Law360, New York (August 04, 2010, 3:24 PM ET) -- The company that holds the trademarks for Keds shoes has sued Puma North America Inc., alleging that a line of Puma sneakers created by late fashion designer Alexander McQueen infringes a trademarked stripe design.
The suit, filed by SR Holdings LLC on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, involves a red and gray stripe design on the side of Keds shoes near the toe.
